At present, the affordable housing base in Sanlin area of Pudong will be the first to carry out the pilot project of "public commercial buildings with wood concrete mixed structure", with a total area of about 2000 square meters. Compared with light steel and concrete houses, the energy consumption of wood structures can be saved by about 35%, while the living area can be increased by about 7%.
