Participation Procedures
1: Exhibitors choose exhibition area and location;
2: Both parties signed the exhibition contract, and within 3 working days, the exhibitor paid 30% of the total booth expenses as the booth deposit, and the contract came into effect.
3: Before May 1, 2017, pay the remaining 70% of the booth fee (if you propose to withdraw before this, the booth deposit will not be returned).
4: Submit the company profile to the organizing committee before July 1, 2017.
5: On August 12-13, 2017, the exhibition site registration and exhibition arrangement (in order to ensure the overall image of the exhibition, the organizer reserves the right to negotiate with the exhibitors and finally adjust the booth position), and on August 14-16, exhibition and negotiation.
