Requirements for preparation before defense:

1. The defense materials that have passed the review and seal shall not be defended without review and seal; The deadline for qualification review is before 4:00 p.m. on the 16th.

2. The defense resolution is written according to the review comments and the tutor's comments. See the email address of the secretary of the group in the grouping form for details; Those not sent can not participate in the thesis defense.

3. Four papers, which can be simply bound (student number, student name and supervisor name are hidden);

4. Defense PPT (the version should be adjusted by yourself, about 10 minutes), add expert review opinions and modification contents (only when the expert review opinions are all revised defense or agree to defense, can participate in qualification review and thesis defense);

5. Collect defense information and log in to the anonymous submission system https://gsdegree.bjtu.edu.cn/client/login/ , the degree information collection module fills in the degree information.

It is suggested that the respondent should wear formal clothes, and all the students should arrive at the respondent room at 8:00 a.m., copy the PPT named after the student number into the designated computer, and prepare the defense according to the requirements of the defense secretary.

After the defense, further revise the thesis according to the experts' opinions, submit all the complete defense materials to Sidong 507 before the next Wednesday (21st), and submit the final paper version of the thesis, which will be signed by the tutor (1 copy); The final electronic paper (PDF format, after being signed and scanned by the supervisor) is sent to the anonymous submission system.
