1、 Application conditions

（ one ）Academic postgraduate students registered in the first year and second year.

（ two ）Have good ideological morality and political quality.

（ three ）Have completed the master's course and achieved excellent results ( In principle, the weighted average score of degree courses is before that of the major 50%) ； Or the research work has made phased progress and will be published in core journals after enrollment ( Or employment ) An academic paper related to the master's thesis, with strong scientific research potential and innovation ability.

2、 Application procedure

（ one ）The applicant fills in the "Application Form for Continuous Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies of Beijing Jiaotong University".

（ two ）The applicant's tutor for master's degree recommends it, and the tutor for doctor's degree agrees to accept it.

（ three ）The applicant logs into the information system of the special home page of graduate school enrollment - "doctoral enrollment" for online reporting (online reporting time: two thousand and seventeen year eleven month six Solstice two thousand and eighteen year three month twenty ), after the successful online report, submit the following application materials to the college:

    1)《 two thousand and eighteen Registration Form for Candidates for Doctoral Degree in;

2) At least two professors (or experts with equivalent professional and technical titles) in the professional field of the subject under examination    Home recommendation letter;

3) Ideological and political situation table;

4) Copy of valid resident ID card;

5) Copies of undergraduate diploma and bachelor's degree certificate;

6) Copy of student card;

7) Original transcript of master's program;

（ four ）The College will review the application materials of applicants. Those who do not meet the requirements or fail to deliver the application materials in time due to personal reasons will be disqualified and will not be assessed.

3、 Comprehensive assessment

（ one ）The college of the applied discipline will set up an assessment team according to the discipline (specialty) to organize comprehensive assessment, including basic theory and professional knowledge, which is generally in the form of interview. The total number of assessment team members shall not be less than five It is composed of professors or experts with equivalent professional and technical positions. Associate professors who serve as experts must have a doctor's degree. The assessment team will review whether the student has the ability and conditions to work on the master and doctoral consecutive reading thesis, give the assessment results and comprehensive comments, and fill in the corresponding "Master and doctoral consecutive reading qualification assessment form".

（ two ）The assessment of ideological and political quality and moral character is an important part of doctoral enrollment assessment and an important basis for admission. Those who fail the assessment will not be admitted. The main contents of ideological and political quality and moral assessment include the applicant's political attitude, ideological performance, learning (work) attitude, moral quality, discipline and law compliance, honesty and trustworthiness, etc.

4、 Proposed Admission List

In combination with the enrollment quota of doctoral tutors, the College will review the examination results, examination records and physical examination results of the candidates. After the enrollment doctoral tutors sign for confirmation, they will determine the candidates for master doctoral consecutive study. After the proposed enrollment in the enrollment system, they will be reported to the Graduate School for approval.
