Professor Martin Dresner, who received his doctorate from the University of British Columbia's Suntech School of Business, is currently R H. Chairman of the Department of Logistics, Commerce and Public Policy of Smith Business School, Chairman of the Air Transport Research Institute, whose main research direction is air transport policy and logistics management, has published more than 75 papers in relevant journals, and has participated in the consultation and demonstration of many projects, including the Maryland Aviation Administration, the Federal Aviation Administration and the U.S. Department of Energy.
